The airline company said that under the promo, guests can enjoy all-in, one-way fares for as low as ₱1,022 for two tickets.

UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2020:
The City of Bacolod is placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) per Resolution No. 69 dated September 7, 2020 of the National IATF.

The inbound travel to Bacolod City of Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) is suspended. Only those whose destination is in another municipality in Negros Occidental shall be allowed.

The entry into or exit from Bacolod City of Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APORs) during the MECQ period shall be regulated.

Philippine Airlines will be mounting special flights between Manila and Bacolod starting September 11, 2020.
The Manila to Bacolod flight will only be allowed to carry residents of Negros Occidental, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) and Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs).
Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:
From Manila:
LSI: 1) Medical Certificate from a Government Doctor, and 2)Valid Government Issued ID with address in Negros Occidental/Bacolod City as proof of residency.
APOR: 1) Local counterpart in Bacolod City or Negros Occidental should have coordination with the LGU of the province of Negros Occidental or Bacolod City, 2) Valid Company ID, and 3) Certificate of employment stating the duration of work in Negros Occidental.
From Bacolod: 1) Travel Authority, 2) Medical Certificate from a Government Doctor, and 3) Barangay Clearance

If you have any friends who work in the Travel Industry like I do. Now is the time to be supportive, to make sure they are OKAY.
We are going through a horrible time in the Industry due to Corona Virus. Our business is drying up and although many are too proud to admit it publicly. WE ALL can use some help. This is how you can help.

Do NOT book hotels online.
Reach out to a travel advisor, they won't charge you a dime to book your hotel and they will get some sort of commission from the hotel.
All hotels have a commission structure built into their rates, when you book directly the hotel would keep that amount as extra income.

Book flights with a travel advisor.
Not only will he or she look for the best price available. We in some cases have either discount contracts or upgrade contracts that can save you lots of money.

If you think that you do not want to bother a friend with a simple request because it is nothing big. DO BOTHER, all small requests do add up and are appreciated.

A travel advisor is able to get you more for your money, most of the time. Upgrades, hotel credit, maybe include breakfast daily, WiFi and in some cases even a dinner at the hotel restaurant or a lunch,early check in and late check out plus VIP service at NO extra cost to you.

Please refer your friends to the person you know. Help them get through this and in exchange your friends will reap great benefits not found on the internet.

Travel advisors can work with anyone , anywhere in the world. All we need is for you to e-mail us and let us know how can we be of service. We are always happy and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get more for your money and a great time on your trip.
