Please be advised that the 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔 shall be 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟮 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 (opening or completion date may vary depending on weather conditions) this is to facilitate the required restoration and rehabilitation, including but not limited to the following:
1. Re application of water proofing.
2. Covering of expose PVC Pipes.
3. Additional concreting of SEABED
4. Application of white cement with white sand finish to cover exposed water proofing at the seabed.
5. Construction of additional outdoor shower.
6. Cleaning, clearing and hauling of debris.

The above scope of work is necessary not only to maintain the aesthetic value of our amenity, but more so to ensure the safety of all unit owners, residents and guests.
Subject work will generate intermittent noise all throughout the activity. Please bear with us for the inconvenience this might cause you and the other members of your household, but rest assured that this activity will be undertaken in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Board of Trustees and management.

Nonetheless, the WAVE POOL is still open every Tuesday to Sunday.
