*Travel Requirements ( Confirm requirements from your respective destination )*
1. Barangay Certification proving that the traveler has no COVID-19 symptoms for 14 days prior to travel date
->Can be obtained from Barangay currently you are staying.
2. Medical Certificate from DOH-accredited hospital or City or Municipal Health Office (issued within 3 days before the actual arrival in the destination)
->Can be obtained from City or Municipal Health Office currently you are staying
3. Travel Authority / Pass from the Joint Task Force COVID Shield of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
->This can be obtained from the City or Municipal Chief of Police if traveling between provinces within the same region or from the Provincial Director if traveling between regions.
*4. Duly Accomplished La Union Health Declaration Form(For La Union Entry Only)
*5. Negative RT PCR Result(issued w/in 3 days before the actual arrival in La Union) or Rapid test(for other provinces).

*Full Payment is required once minimum number of persons is met to guarantee your seat. iF not met, can be rescheduled to another date or pay additional top-up to run. No Payment, No Seat.
*Confirmed seat/s, if cancelled 7 days before your travel, 50% cancellation fee. Less than 7 days from the date of Travel, 100% Cancellation fee.
*Once payment was made, seats are already guaranteed and refund is no longer allowed.
*Must have a complete Travel Requirements as stated above. No requirements, No travel.
*Departure Time is subject to change without prior notice. It will always depend on the majority of the passengers.
*All travels are subject to the status of community quarantine, government imposed travel restrictions, passenger demand, and health situation in the location of intended destination and origin .
**Passenger/Customer is solely responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable government laws/regulations of all LGU's(Local Government Unit's) to or through.
*F.A.S.T. Travel & Tours is NOT PRIVY to your purpose of Travel. Our offered van transport is a joiner and any cancellation on your appointment/training/exams and other matters does not mean cancellation of our scheduled trip. Refund is not possible.
*F.A.S.T. Travel & Tours employees are not liable for the customerโs failure to comply with said laws/regulations, or for any aid or information given or by its agent or employee in connection with the said laws/regulations.
*F.A.S.T. Travel & Tours reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in cases where passenger's/customer's presence interferes with the safety well-being of others and/or blatant disregard of the company's policy.
*F.A.S.T. Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel the travel anytime in case of an insufficient number of passengers/customers, force majeure or other unforeseeable events and/or reasons that render the ex*****on of the service impossible and/or not worthwhile or that would lead the company incurring unreasonable expenses. The company shall immediately inform participants of such changes. Should the travel cancelled by the company as result of the reasons mentioned, the company will only refund the agreed payment in full and no further liabilities or damages will be allowed to be claimed as result of the cancellation.
