That Macopa (also Makopa) or Wax Apple is actually a berry.

The term Macopa was derived from the Spanish word “copa” meaning cup or goblet because if the fruit is in an upside down position, it resembles a bell much like a cup or a goblet or wine glass.

Its rich content of Vitamin C aids in preventing heart disease, cancer and arthritis and lowers the chances of stroke and inflammation. Rich also in Vitamin A ideal for pregnant women and good for the skin.

The EMERALD TREE SKINK — an arboreal lizard of lightly wooded or thickly forested lowlands. Its color may vary greatly within populations, and in different geographic areas. The most stunning specimens are a vibrant green color throughout, with a slightly paler belly. Others may be bluish or brown, sometimes spotted with pale or dark spots, and sometimes with a pale band along each flank.

Meet our farmyard watchdog — LOCO — a guinea fowl, their sound maybe a nuisance to some but effective in keeping off rodents from invading the area, with Loco around, we can rely on him sounding the alarm for unwanted guests 📣.

Bird nest

Birds in the wild spend the majority of their day foraging. Although we feed our birds in the aviary, they have a habitat that allows them to look for food on their own.
