Our Story
Over two years ago I started a journey that I knew would change me. I was well established in my life, living in the Northwest United States for the better part of seven years. But then I was forced to look at my life and ask if I was truly following my passions our was ignoring them.
Over the course of those two years I flew to the Philippines where I had been a Peace Corps Volunteer for also most three years. After many revisions my partners and I settled on a plan that I would take me back to the Philippines for an unknown amount of time.
I knew that I had a passion for people, culture, adventure, and travel among other things. But I needed to find a way to combine them. So Eco Siquijor was born.
Our focus is to introduce people to an Island that I truly love. This place is changing rapidly and need good people to be stewards of its riches. We wish to do this by:
