The Citrine House - San Juan

The Citrine House is a short-term rental house for families and friends who wants to visit San Juan, La Union. The Citrine House has two (2) main components:
1.

It is just a few minutes walk from the beach, surfing schools, and local restaurants. Main House (good for 18 persons)
2. Extension Unit (good for 10 persons)

We accept couples, family, and groups. CHECK IN: 2:00 pm
CHECK OUT: 11:00 noon

4. Accessible - 3-5 minutes walk to the beach, local restaurants, and surfing schools.

5. Useful Amenities- Free parking for 3 cars, Fast Fiber Internet Wifi and Cable TV

6. Secured - enclosed in a concrete fence and with gate. Landmark: Sebay Resort and 7-11
( along Urbiztondo San Juan La Union, along Mc Arthur Highway)

Directions:

This applies to commuting. It can also apply if you have your own car. Just substitute "walk" to "drive." :)

1. If you will be arriving at Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union, tell the driver to drop you off at Se-bay Resort and 7-11.

2. Cross the street and walk straight on the way to Tagpuan.

3. Just walk straight then turn right.

4. Keep walking. Citrine House is the 4th house at the right. It's the last house before going up the mountain. The color of the gate is beige and there's a tarpaulin of our rooms. On the left side of the gate is a doorbell. House address is #243 Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union. HOUSE RULES:

1. Check in time is 2 PM. Check-out is 11 AM.

2. Upon check-in, kindly register in the guest book and write down your contact info.

3. Conserve energy. Turn off the aircon & light when not in use. Please do not leave the aircon on while you are out for lunch or dinner or in the beach.

4. Conserve water. Water is a scarce commodity in the area.

5. Upon arriving from the beach, please wash your feet outside or use the outdoor showers to remove the sand & prevent clogging the drains. You could be the next user of a clogged bathroom.

6. No smoking, drinking, and use of illegal drugs and substance in the house.

7. Be considerate. There maybe other guests in the main house or in the extension unit. Avoid loud voices & shouting.

8. Strictly, pets are not allowed in the house.

9. Before check out, the rooms will be checked by the staff. Any lost or damaged items (bed sheets, pillowcases, pillows, etc.) will be charged accordingly.

10. Please surrender room keys upon check out. Lost or damaged keys will be charged 500 pesos each.

11. Use of Kitchen Utensils are free however, kindly wash all used utensils and return them in their proper place. Damaged & lost items will be paid by the guests.

12. Please leave the house in order, the bathroom, kitchen and sink clean. Be responsible to segregate your garbage.

13. Take care of your own belongings. Management will not be responsible for any lost.
