Pangunahin sa 2GO ang kasiguruhan at kaligtasan ng pasahero, crew at ng barko.
Kahapon, nagkaroon ng insidente sa makina ang MV St Francis Xavier sa pantalan ng Coron. Hindi pa nakakalayo ang barko nang nagkaroon ng engine issue. Dahil dito, siniguro ng aming crew na ito ay maiayos muna bago paalisin ang naturang barko. Agad na sinetup ng aming team ang backup power para matulungan ang navigational team. Nawalan ng kuryente ang bahagi ng barko dahil sa engine issue. Hindi rin agad makakalayag ang barko dahil sa insidenteng ito.
Sinisiguro ng 2GO Travel team na maglilingkod ito sa mga pasahero. May tubig at pagkain na inihanda habang nananatili sa pantalan ang barko.
Kami po ay patuloy na nakikipagtulungan sa Coast Guard para sa clearance na makabyahe. At maibalik sa normal ang operation. Hangad namin ang kaligtasan ng lahat higit sa anuman. Maraming salamat po sa inyong pag-unawa.
