To secure the rental booking, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required upon confirmation of the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled in full before or on the day of the event.

The rental service includes up to six (6) hours of operation. Additional hours beyond this will incur an extra charge, which will be agreed upon prior to the event.

The renter must provide a safe, secure, and suitable area for the set up and operation of the sound system. This area should be free of any potential hazards, including but not limited to water, excessive heat, or obstructions, that could compromise the equipment or its operation.

Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. The renter acknowledges that the services and equipment are reserved exclusively for the event, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling.

The 50% down payment is strictly non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, this amount will be retained to cover the loss of potential bookings and administrative costs incurred.

Only one setup of the sound system is allowed. Relocation of the equipment once it has been set up will incur an additional charge, which will be determined based on the location and complexity of the move.

For events held outside the standard service area, a transportation fee will be charged based on the distance from the service location to the event venue. The exact fee will be calculated and agreed upon prior to the event.

The renter is fully responsible for any damages to the sound system and equipment caused during the rental period, including theft, misuse, or accidents. The renter agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement for any damaged or lost equipment.

For events lasting six (6) hours or longer, the renter is required to provide meals for the sound system crew. If meals are not provided, the renter will be responsible for additional compensation for the crew's meal expenses.
