" A long waits finally over!! We all witness one of the prestigious event in BAGUIO city called PANAGBENGA FESTIVAL (flower festival)
a two days event that conducted street dance parade and the Grand float parade. We are so amazed and overwhelmed to all participants they really showed there talents.
