Starting November when we start Taxi Boat Service, we encounter multiple positive and negative feedbacks because we can’t satisfy everyones expectations but we are open for improvement that’s why TAXI JEEP and TUKXI came up quickly to provide NO CANCELLATIONS or NOT ACCEPTING BOOKINGS from different organizers, tour coordinator and co travel agencies.

We provide contact numbers you can reach out. If we are not able to contact we apologize but we always call immediately if we saw your bookings via call or messages. If we can’t reply right away just leave a message and we will be back to you.

As per the commission, we have different ways how to give to our partners such as giving it monthly, right after the trip or weekly. It depends on the discussion and agreement of our partners. To all our partners kindly message us regarding the commissions if ever you want to claim it these following days.

Regarding the person in charge on point to point pick up and drop off, we have staff in San Vic Port but for the mean time we don’t have in Port Bart but we are sure that we informed our staff and partners to monitor our guest all the time.
