3. Discounted po ba ang bata, 3 years old and above?

- Considered as adult rate na po sila.

- Infant Rate is only applicable for 2 years old and below at dapat, wala pang 2 years old ang bata sa date ng travel para maging eligible sa infant rate.

4. Magpapabook po sana ako kaso bukas ko pa po mababayaran, pwede po ba ipareserve yan?

- BOOK AND BUY BASIS po ang airlines. Ibig sabihin, para mapasayo ang booking na gusto mo, kailangan muna itong bayaran bago makapag issue ng ticket. Dahil kadalasan, walang kakayahan ang agency na i-hold ang seats o promo fares.

5. Bakit inoffer ako ng murang fare sa una kong inquire nung babalikan ko mahal na?

- First come first served basis po ang booking ng promo. Maaaring nung nag inquire po kayo, available pa dahil maaga pa. Ngunit nakabase pa rin ang final ticket price sa oras kung kailan ninyo masesettle ang bayad. Kaya dapat wag na magpaligoy ligoy pa kung may nakita nang sale.

6. Legit ang offer ng isang ticketing office or travel agency kung:

1. First come first serve. Only those who paid in full or DP will be included in the final list of participants. Balance will be collected on the day of adventure at the meet up area.
No DP No Climb/Adventure.

2. Down-payment / registration fee is non- refundable.However, those who are going to cancel 7 days before the date are allowed to transfer the DP to their friends on the same date.

3. Re-scheduling is allowed for those who are FULLY PAID ONLY. Re-scheduling should be done within 30 days, failure to do so means forfeiture.

4. NO REFUND for those guests who will cancel their reservations / slots seven days before the adventure schedule.

5. Payment should be refunded or re-scheduled only if the adventure is cancelled by the organizer or due to following:
- bad weather (declared typhoons).
- lack of joiners/ pax (Minimum of 7 pax to push thru)

As of January 26, 2020

Cebu Pacific passengers with flights between the Philippines and Shanghai, Canton, Beijing, Shenzen Xiamen, Hong Kong and Macau booked on or before January 24, 2020 and travelling until February 29, 2020, may avail of the following options, free-of-charge:

● Rebook flights (new flight date within 30 days of original travel date);
● Refund tickets in full;
● Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use

Those who booked their flights through online travel websites or travel agencies who opt for a full refund are advised to coordinate with the agent where flight was booked and purchased.
