Our Story
What our place is?
It is a home, opened to travelers, weary and not. A place where you can hang your shoes, relax and have fun, either you are on the last leg of your trip or just starting.
We are located in the town center, within the community, so expect neighbors to be up and about early morning, doing their daily chores.
It is your home away from home.
Bare necessities. . .
If you are looking for a beachfront bungalow, a hot shower and an infinity pool, then this place is not for you.
We have a simple lifestyle and want to share that with you. Nothing really fancy here, we have three (3) rooms, a shared bath and kitchen. We just cover the essentials – eat, beach, shower, sleep, without the unnecessary luxuries.
Things to note. . .
• The kitchen and dining area is shared, do CLAYGO (clean as you go).
• Bathroom and toilet is shared.
• Not recommended for guests with infants.
• Bring repellant, expect mosquitoes.
• Bring ear plugs, if possible, expect roosters.
You as a guest. . .
Come here with no expectations. We want to share our home with friends, strangers’ that becomes friends, sharing travel stories and moments from all parts of the globe.
Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance, be respectful of everyone and everything. Be mindful and don’t complain about the little things.
We believe that less is more. We are constantly working to improve and provide our guests with a simple and affordable place to stay. It doesn’t take much to enjoy, have fun and just appreciate what the island has to offer.
Treat this place as your own; we welcome you into our home, so take care of this place as you would your own home. Consider it your home in the island and live like a local.
Keep the good vibe throughout your stay. We’d love to maintain a certain culture and we want it to start with you. Bring good vibes only and leave the bad by the road.
Be socially aware and responsible. The island is attracting foreign and local tourists alike and waste disposal is a growing concern. Behind the pristine beaches and crystal clean waters, it’s a problem affecting not only the environment but the lives of the locals as well. We appreciate it if you do your part to help the place clean, minimize the use of plastic if possible and simply recycle. Let’s all be aware and do our part.
TAKE nothing but pictures, LEAVE nothing but footprints.
