The Municipal Local Government Unit of Santa Josefa spearheaded the on-site project inspection and monitoring of the Improvement of Santa Isabel FMR Infrastructure along with the Department of Interior and Local Government, Department of Trade and Industry, and Barangay Local Government Unit of Santa Isabel on December 6-7, 2023.
DILG Engineer Alvin Palarca - Engineer III, Mr. Elisher S. Obien - Project Evaluation Officer (PEO) of DILG, MEO Staff Engr. Zeraul Jun D. Luarez, MPDO Staff, Mr. Abon Plaza, and DBMR Builders and Supply Representative Engr. Winston Rivera conducted an on-site inspection of the project's physical progress and assessed the damage caused by the Magnitude 7.4 Earthquake last December 2, 2023, to ensure detailed reporting and updates through the Subaybayan ang Proyekto ng Bayan.
The 5th Coordination Meeting takes place to discuss the project's physical progress on December 7, 2023, at the Project Bunkhouse, Santa Isabel, Santa Josefa, Agusan del Sur. The Sta Isabel FMR Infrastructure has the actual project's physical accomplishment of 66.90% and overall 84.576% fund utilization from the 1st and 2nd tranche of grants downloaded by the DTI RAPID Growth Project to the MLGU Sta Josefa. Moreover, project delays were observed during the meeting due to the weather conditions in the province. Also, the contractor was advised to apply for a project extension to cope with the delays encountered to mitigate the slippage of the project. The DBMR Builders and Supply are committed to rendering their services with the help of LGU Sta Josefa in facilitating the mitigation plans for the project.
