HISTORY

Earth & Sky is a home-grown business that began from a family that owns and manages a long-standing hardware for more than 10 years. While food & beverages are far from their first line of business, the mother's and daughter's interests and hobbies have always been aligned to the pleasure of the taste buds. The mother's love for cooking and baking, and the daughter's love of coffee and chocolates, and a mutual love for creativity with ingredients, Earth & Sky was born.

VISION

Be eco-friendly.

Earth & Sky aspires to be an environmentally-aware establishment that practices sustainability, and set a good example as an establishment, most especially in Santa Maria.

Be different.

Earth & Sky aims to break the norm and be a trailblazer in its industry by providing food and beverage choices not commonly found in, or provided by, other establishments within Santa Maria.

Set the standard.

Earth & Sky hopes to provide an option for consumers who do not want to compromise and skimp on quality, and be the go-to place for people who seek alternatives to, and at par with, well-known brands.

Lastly, Earth & Sky also hopes to provide an environment that is open, loving, and accepting of all kinds of people, regardless of life circumstances, identity, choices, and personal beliefs and views—and just make its customers feel at home.

Be sustainable.

Despite its small space, Earth & Sky hopes to make a big impact by minimizing single-use waste and encouraging sustainable living, while setting an example to other establishments, especially in the Santa Maria vicinity.

Give variety.

Earth & Sky also hopes to address the lack of variety and health-conscious choices among SMB establishments by making creative and avant-garde dishes and drinks, and also providing health-conscious options (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, sugar-free, etc.) not commonly found in the location.

In addition, Earth & Sky wants to provide some midrange to slightly upscale options that’s accessible within the SMB area, perfect for variety-seekers, professionals, families, people who crave café desserts or novelty items found outside SMB, or even just students who want to study or have "me time" in peace.
