SPECIAL REMINDERS FOR ALL PAL PASSENGERS:
TRAZE CONTACT TRACING APP REQUIREMENT
All passengers flying to, from, or within the Philippines must download and register through Traze Contact Tracing, a unified and automated contact tracing app, before proceeding to the airport. This is a requirement of the Philippine Government authorities for ALL international and domestic passengers, whether arriving in or departing from any airport in the Philippines, to enable health authorities to notify travelers who may have had contact with a COVID-19 patient.
Passengers who do not have mobile phones or any other mobile gadgets may go to the Traze Helpdesk, located near the terminal entrance in all Philippine airports and at the arrival area of international airports, for registration assistance and QR code printing. Passengers traveling to the Philippines from overseas countries are advised to download the app before they embark on their trip.

For all domestic travelers: Please check with the local government offices of both your origin point and your final destination on travel requirements, such as mandated documents or health certifications. NEW OPTION - TAKE YOUR RT-PCR TEST AT PAL'S NEW TESTING FACILITIES

Adriatico St. Ermita, Manila or PAL Gate 3 located at Andrews Avenue, Pasay City also offers Antigen testing. This is a partnership with Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.

The PAL testing center provides drive-thru or walk-in RT-PCR testing from 8AM to 5PM daily at a cost of PHP 3,300 for RT-PCR tests with results released within 24 hours, and PHP 700 for Antigen tests with results released in 30 minutes. Payment options are: cash (PHP currency only), card (debit/credit), GCash, PayPAL, WeChatPay, or Alipay. Starting January 15, 2021, passengers may also pre-pay for their COVID-19 tests online.

Upon entering our PAL Testing Facilities for your COVID-19 test, please present your ID, plane ticket, payment confirmation (if prepaid), and QR code indicating that you have successfully registered the Passenger Profile and Health Declaration Form online.

GUIDELINES FOR AFFECTED PASSENGERS:
If your flight is cancelled, we wish to assure you that your current tickets are safe and remain valid. For details on your options, please see here: http://bit.ly/PaxOptions.

If you need to take another RT-PCR test for your new flight schedule, you may undergo RT-PCR testing at PAL's own testing facility at PAL Learning Center or PAL Gate 3 (see above information on "NEW OPTION - TAKE YOUR RT-PCR TEST AT PAL'S NEW TESTING CENTER").

Flying Safely in the ‘New Normal’
PAL is strictly implementing Fly Safe “new normal” practices to protect our passengers, in compliance with international health and safety protocols.
Please bring your own face masks and face shields and wear them at all times – at the airport and throughout your flight.
We encourage you to check-in online and arrive early at the airport to allocate extra time for new safety procedures– at least 3 hours prior to departure for domestic flights; and 4 hours prior to departure for international flights.
Our cabin crew would have undergone medical evaluation prior to their duty, and will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your protection on board the flight. A modified meal and snack service will be offered on board, using sealed packaging instead of traditional meals.
Don’t worry about the cabin air --- all PAL aircraft are equipped with high-technology systems that continuously infuse fresh air across the cabin (cabin air is replaced every 2 to 3 minutes), as well as HEPA filters that trap viruses, bacteria and other contaminants with 99.9% efficiency. The onboard air creates a cleaner environment that is safer than most enclosed public spaces and comparable to hospital operating rooms.
For more information, please see here: https://bit.ly/PALKeepsYouSafe

HELP SAVE OUR TOURISM INDUSTRY and our ECONOMY! 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

Don't cancel, REBOOK instead. 👍

Those who will be able to travel inside or outside the Philippines once we open will not only perform a patriotic act but also a rescue act of the entire tourism chain - locally and worldwide.

By staying in hotels and guest houses, you will save thousands of jobs. Avoid informal rentals, they don't pay taxes or employ anyone.

By rebooking that airfare to another date instead of cancelling, you will save hundreds of employees from getting laid off.

By renting a car or van, you will save our tourist transport operators.

By visiting local sites, you will save our local tour guides and our cultural heritage.

By buying a new pair of local slippers and souvenirs, you will save our small craftsmen and artisans.

By eating in restaurants, you will save our chefs and waiters.

By giving tips to the porters, delivery boys, taxi drivers, you will help thousands of families live.

By booking through your TRUSTED TRAVEL AGENT, you are helping a friend.

The survival of Philippine Tourism (and global Tourism as well) is now in everybody's hands. Let us pull through together and save almost 6M jobs and an industry that contributes 12% (and more) to our Philippine GDP.

Do all this with safety in mind always, of course. 💚

We continue to work with the IATF, as well as national and local authorities on restarting flights. This is a developing situation. We may reduce or add flights depending on passenger demand, quarantine conditions and travel restrictions.

We plan to increase the number of routes and flights in the coming months, if allowed by aviation authorities, global public health conditions and the travel environment.

Flying Safely in the ‘New Normal’

In compliance with international health and safety protocols, PAL is strictly implementing Fly Safe “new normal” practices to protect our passengers as they travel with us.

We wish to remind all passengers to bring your own face masks or facial coverings, as you are now required to wear face masks at all times – at the airport and also throughout your flight.

We also encourage you to check-in online and arrive early at the airport to allocate extra time for new safety procedures (thermal scanning, social distancing practices for queuing, etc.) – at least 3 hours prior to departure for domestic flights; and 4 hours prior to departure for international flights.

Our cabin crew would have undergone rapid antibody testing prior to the flight, and will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your protection on board the flight.
