BEWARE: FROM THIS KIND OF SELLER😭😭

Wag naman natin dumihan ang image ng mga online seller. Nadadamay ang matitino sa tulad nito.
Sunday, Nov 12 nag inquire at nag place ako ng order sa isang seller (from san francisco, sto tomas)

at hindi ko alam kong naka experience na kayo nito o talaga bang ganito ang mga seller.

Placed an order of 1 unit gas stove rack,
Sent her a photo of the original unit i want her to replicate(photo also from her market place).

I like the one on the photo so i made an order.

We agreed that it'l be on wednesday (delivery day)

And i also pick a desired color but it wasn't done the way i want it because she said, they don't have the color i requested. I understand so i pick another tile color she offered.

Wednesday came, Got a message from this seller if she could have another day to delay the order, which i agreed again.

Got another message saying that the order is done. And Good thing, i asked for the photo of the final unit prior to delivery.

The Final item they made is totally different from what i ordered. There is no guard on both sides, no above counter for condiments as in totally different.

I don't know if this is the trick, for them to cut expenses but good thing i double checked before delivery.
So they asked more time again to fix the item, and i agreed again.

Moving forward, Delivery day.
I also Attached here those conversations we had. and one of the screen shot said, they still have to put sealant during the delivery so it will be fixed and ready to use.

Delivery day, around dinner time, they totally forgot the sealant. Long day have passed and still you forgot to bring that sealant?.
But that's totally fine with us again, they told us to come back the following day. But we already gave the total payment of 7500.00

The following day, nobody showed up.
And this time i kept messaging them, but got no response.

Seller!! Pls after all the business we had. Don't just let your buyer hanging with all your lapses...

if u think that 7500 is just a small amount of money, probably for you. But for us who's working so hard just to earn it, we need reasonable service.

Then she now blocked me😭😡😡

If you know this seller, pls extend my gratitude for her good service and good character🥹😭😭. And i hope business will grow with that kind of marketing strategy🥹🥹
