Air Passenger Bill of Rights:
***If flight was canceled 24 hrs before the departure and the air carrier is at fault, you can have the ff options:
1. Ask for full refund if ayaw mo na ituloy yung flight.
2. Ask them to endorse you to other air carrier without paying any fare difference.
3. Ask to rebook your ticket without additional charge.
*** If your flight was canceled at nasa airport ka na, you have the right to demand the ff:
1. Hotel accommodation accessible to the airport.
2. Free transport from airport to hotel.
3. Sufficient Meals and refreshments
4. Free phone calls and texts.
*** If flight is delayed at least 3 hours, you have the right to demand the ff:
1. Rebooking, refund or magpaendorse sa ibang air carrier without paying any fare difference.
2. Free phone calls, texts.
3. Refreshments / meals
***If delayed for 6 hrs or more and the air carrier is at fault, considered canceled flight na and your rights to canceled flight will be applied.
Kung refund naman, dapat agad agad makukuha ito at available sa sa airport counters ng air carrier or sa main office, dapat same day maibigay ang refund.
If hindi magcomply mga air carriers sa Passenger Bill of Rights pwede sila ireklamo sa Civil Aeronautics Board.
