4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER from CONCERN LGU

6.SWABTEST/RAPIDTEST = Depende sa lugar na uuwian mo

SAAN ITO PWEDENG KUNIN O I-PROSESO?

1. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE - sa ospital kung saan ka irerefer ng barangay
2. BRGY. TRAVEL PASS - sa inyong Barangay Hall/City or Municipal Hall
3. TRAVEL AUTHORITY - PNP Station sa inyong lugar.
4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER - kung saang lugar po kayo pupunta.

MGA PAMAMARAAN PAANO ITO MAKUHA:
1. Pumunta sa inyong barangay at magtanong kung paano makakakuha ng medical certificate. Papupuntahin ka nila sa health center or hospital ng inyong lugar. Depende sa barangay ninyo kung saan kayo irerefer na hospital po.
2. Pag nakakuha kana ng medical certificate, ay pwde kanang bumili ng ticket mo pauwi, kasi may fifill-upan ka po na Form sa barangay nyo para sa pagkuha ng TRAVEL PASS. Kailangan po kasi sa travel details nyo.
3. Pumunta sa PNP para iprocess ang TRAVEL AUTHORITY

PAALALA:

Habang magpo-process ng medical certificate, makipag-coordinate po muna sa LGU na uuwian ninyo. Tawagan ang kamag-anak at magpakuha ng ACCEPTANCE LETTER. Tatawagan po kasi ng LGU kung saan ka ngayon ang uuwian mong probinsya o LGU para kumpirmahin ang iyong pag-uwi. Mas madali ang pagkuha ng travel authority kapag ang iyong kamag-anak sa iyong uuwian ay nakapunta rin sa LGU municipal office para ipaalam na uuwi ka at makakuha ng acceptance letter.
Pag nakakuha na ng ACCEPTANCE LETTER ang iyong kamag-anak ay pakuhanan ito ng picture at nararapat na isend ng kamag-anak mo sa messenger dahil ikaw na byahero ay ipapakita mo ito sa PNP upang di kana mahirapan sa pagkuha ng travel authority.
Mga Documents na dapat hawak mo habang nasa Airport:
🔹Valid I. D
🔹Confirmed Flight Ticket
🔹Temperature check-upon departure in the origin airport
🔹Health Declaration- upon declaration in the origin airport
🔹Travel pass
🔹Passenger locator form
May mag aassist sa inyo na mga personnel sa airport upang makakuha ng HEALTH DECLARATION at PASSENGER LOCATOR.

NOTICE TO ALL PASSENGERS

Following the directive of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), airline passengers shall be required to wear both face masks and face shields when boarding their flight starting August 15, 2020.

“The initiative aims to further reduce the risk of transmitting the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in public transport facilities as health authorities have pointed out that the use of face shields and masks reduces exposure to and emission of respiratory droplets considerably,” the DOTr said.

Other preventive measures against Covid-19 shall be consistently observed such as social distancing and hand washing or sanitizing.

Mas mabilis na proseso sa airport na pagdadaanan ng ating mga kababayan na babalik sa Pinas

1. Mag register online bago lumipad papuntang Pinas https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph/
2.May matatanggap kayo na bar code/QR code sa inyong email
3. I-presenta ang bar code at inyong passport sa verification officer
4. May matatanggap kayong 6 na bar code stickers
5. Idikit ang isang bar code sticker sa likod ng passport
6. Proceed to swabbing area/testing booth and ibigay ang natitirang mga bar code stickers
7. Kunin ang bagahe

-Kung kayo ay land-based OFW, magtungo sa OWWA booth upang hanapan kayo ng inyo mga hotel habang inaantay ang inyong resulta. Libre po ito sagot ng gobyerno.
-Kung kayo ay sea-based OFW, magtungo po sa MARINA booth at ang inyong mga manning agencies ang maghahanap at sasagot ng inyong mga hotel na tutuluyan.
-Kung kayo ay non-OFW, mag-online booking po kayo ng inyong hotel bago lumipad ng Pinas. Magtungo sa DOT booth para kayo ay ma-assist.

Antayin ang inyong resulta sa inyong email. Kung negatibo ang resulta, kayo ay makakauwi na. I-download ang inyong BOQ certificate sa www.quarantinecertificate.com Sagot ng OWWA ang transportasyon ng ating mga OFWs (eroplano/bus).

*Ang ibang mga LGUs ng mga probinsya ay nagre-require na i-swab test ulit at mag- quarantine habang hinihintay ang resulta bago makauwi sa kani-kanilang mga tahanan.

STEP 1: REGISTRATION
mag register online sa https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph o i-scan ang QR code. Huwag kalimutang i-upload rin ang picture ng bio-page ng inyong passport.

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AT QR CODE
makakatanggap kayo ng confirmation e-mail at QR code. I-save sa inyong telepono o i-print ang QR code.

STEP 3: BRIEFING
pagdating ninyo sa airport ng Pilipinas, magkakaroon po ng briefing para sa simpleng prosessong daraanan.

STEP 4: VERIFICATION AT BARCODING
pumunta sa Verification Counter at ipakita ang inyong QR code. Kayo ay bibigyan ng anim (6) na barcode stickers. Idikit ang isa sa inyong passport.

STEP 5: SWAB TESTING
kayo ay papupuntahin sa isang Testing Booth para ma-swab. Ibigay ang natitirang limang (5) barcode stickers sa swabber.

STEP 6: IMMIGRATION
Dumiretso na sa immigration counter at ipakita ang passport pati ang barcode sticker.

STEP 7: QUARINTINE FACILITY ASSIGNMENT
para malaman ang inyong Quarantine Center Assignment, pumunta sa mga susunod na desk. Kung ikaw ay....
➡️OFW - OWWA
➡️Seafarer na may Local Manning Agency - LMA
➡️Non-OFW Returning Filipino - DOT

STEP 8: RESULTA
ipapadala ang inyong resulta via text message at e-mail sa loob ng 72hours.

✅ Makisuyo sa kamaganak na ihingi kayo ng barangay clearance sa inyong barangay na may nakasaad na address mo, ito ay importante para mapatunayan na doon ka nakatira. Ipaalam sa barangay na ikaw ay pauwi ng pinas. Mag send din ng selfie photo or scanned ID picture at ipadikit sa barangay clearance mo. Bakit kailangan ng clearance? Para masundo ka sa airport dahil may mga checkpoints kayong dadaanan. Ito ay magsisilbing parang travel pass mo.

✅ Ipasa sa kamaganak mong susundo ang mga travel documents mo ( Passport, seamans book, at flight details ) Kailangan ito ay naka print out, kasama ito sa ipapakita ng susundo sayo sa mga checkpoints.

✅ Isa lang ang pwedeng magsusundo sayo sa airport. After ka niyang masundo, kailangan din niyang mag self quarantine ng 14 na araw.

✅ Be honest with your travel history, maaring puntahan or tawagan ka ng barangay captain/officials niyo at ma-interview kung saang bansa ka nanggaling at hingin ang iba pang personal information mo, dahil ikaw ay galing sa ibang bansa ikaw ay considered as a PUM (person under monitoring) Huwag mabahala, tandaan mahalaga din ang kalusugan ng uuwian mong pamilya at mga taong nakapaligid sayo ❤️ 👨‍👩‍👧

ADDITIONAL TIPS 🇵🇭

1. Always wash your hands! Kahit paulit ulit na and napaka matic na dapat neto. 🧼
2. Wear mask and gloves. 🧤😷
3. Change clothes once you arrive at the airport ✈️
4. Take off your shoes at i-plastic bago sumakay ng sasakyan or wag na ipasok ng bahay ang sapatos.
