LSI and/ROF Bound for Roxas City, Capiz

FROM STARLITE

This is to inform you that all Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) and/or Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) are NO LONGER ALLOWED to travel via Batangas to Caticlan effective July 27, 2020. You may refer to the attached file for your reference.

Only residents of Capiz Province can board our Batangas to Roxas City, Culasi route. However, passengers must coordinate with the Capiz LGU first to ensure that their requirements are complete (Medical Certificate, COVID Shield Travel Authority, and Letter of Acceptance) AND that their names are included on the list the LGU will provide to the shipping lines.

Our Batangas to Roxas City, Culasi and vice versa routes will remain unavailable in our online booking system to ensure that only the listed passengers from Capiz LGU can board our vessel. Once they are on the list, they can purchase tickets at that pier.

For Capiz passengers who want to rebook their tickets from Batangas to Caticlan to Batangas to Roxas City, Culasi, kindly coordinate first with Capiz LGU for your name to be included on their list. Then, passengers can simply present their old booking itineraries at our Batangas Ticketing Office. They can pay the fare difference at the pier as well.
