We at 8finity and Beyond Travel and Tours (8Finity) would like to address the accusations that have been maliciously and erroneously thrown at us lately. To set the record straight, we are a legitimate business and not “scammers”. 8finity is a duly licensed travel agency that is existing and operating under the laws of the Philippines and we have not defrauded anyone.

Please understand that 8finity will not be hesitant to take legal actions against individuals who make unfounded and malicious charges against us. Our operations and refund process have been heavily affected by such slanderous postings, which have tarnished our reputation.

As a legitimate travel agency business, 8finity is committed to providing our guests with their best and most memorable travel and tour experiences. We never scammed or will we ever scam people, as we give utmost importance to every occasion, whose celebration is entrusted to us by our valued customers.

We express our sincerest apologies to our guests who have been greatly affected by tour packages that did not push through because of certain unavoidable circumstances but still continue to trust and believe in us.

Be advised that our Office is open from 10am-5pm M-F in 442 Sta Rosa Tagaytay Road Silang Cavite for guest assistance, rebooking & refund requests.

Please do not harass our employees and staff members so we can stay open to continue being productive in resolving your issues. We will continue catering refunds, especially for those guests that are not involved in social media cyber attacks that slowed down operations and refund processing. We will only prioritize processing the transactions of those who through due process. Fake & dummy accounts will not be accommodated.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we are currently receiving a surge of emails and messages, we attend to concerns in First In First Out mode.

Social Media & online segments could be in trend but 8finity relies on the real justice system of the higher court.

Did you know?
Bohol is a province in the Central Visayas area of the Philippines. It consists of Island and a large number of neighboring smaller islands. Coral reefs and extraordinary geological formations, including the Chocolate Hills, are highlights of Bohol. These around 1,200 symmetrical mounds on the main island, close to the town of Carmen, turns into chocolate color during the dry season, standing out against the greens of the jungle there.

Sharing the photos of our 14pax clients from North Cotabato goes to Bohol, booked in 2019 but since the pandemic happen it was being rebooked. This shows that we still cater to past bookings after a pandemic to serve better and comply with safety protocols.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖

Pursuant to the Philippine government’s continuing efforts to streamline its entry procedures into the country and data collection processes, we respectfully inform you of the launch of the 𝗲𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 platform, an online registration system for travelers to the Philippines and returning residents.

Beginning 0001H of 02 December 2022, the current eArrival card shall be migrated to the eTravel platform and may be accessed through etravel.gov.ph.

Passengers who will be using the former www.onehealthpass.com will be redirected to the new eTravel domain. On December 5, the old domain of the One Health Pass will no longer be accessible to the public.

The eTravel platform will host the electronic version of the paper Arrival Card that travelers are required to submit upon arrival in the Philippines for immigration clearance. Starting 05 December 2022, the Bureau of Immigration will discontinue the use of the paper Arrival Card. All travelers will be required to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal.

Registration on the eTravel platform is free. The public is warned against transacting against any entities or websites soliciting payments and fees of any kind as these are in no way related to the official eTravel platform of the Philippine Government.

The Department of Tourism (DOT) welcomes the launch of the Philippine Government’s e-Travel system as a streamlined digitalized platform that will provide convenience to the traveling public.

In support of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s vision for tourism development and a more enhanced traveler experience, he has also said that our country must "take full advantage of the new technologies to provide the Filipino people the best services they deserve."

Pursuant to our President’s direction, we in the Department of Tourism have supported the removal of the One Health Pass, the transition to the E-arrival Card and finally, this full integration of the arrival and departure systems by the relevant government agencies into the e-travel system.

We are hopeful that with the continued collaboration between government agencies to improve the mechanisms of travel into and around the Philippines, we can encourage greater mobility and travel confidence and welcome an enhanced traveler experience.

Did you know?

In Coron,Palawan, there is a freshwater lake called Kayangan Lake that is crystal clear and has underwater caverns and rock formations. For fairly obvious reasons, it's a popular location for photographers, and it's reputed to be the cleanest lake in the entire Philippines.

The turquoise seas surrounding the Calamian Group of Islands are surrounded by crystal clear waters that are encircled by massive granite cliff formations. The splendor of the mountain lake is simply breathtaking. Only boats can enter Kayangan Lake.

The waters in the lake are 30% saltwater and 70% freshwater, making it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The water is also so clear that you can already see the amazing rock formations beneath the surface. Bamboo rafts are also available for visitors to hop on and explore the lake, together with a local guide.

Did you know?

The longest underground river in the world can be found in the Philippines! 😮

The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is located deep beneath the St Paul's Mountain Range on the island of Palawan. It is 24 kilometers long and was formed millions of years ago beneath the mountains. One of the Seven Wonders of Nature, it is the longest navigable underground river and has subsequently been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

By entering the tunnel from where the river empties into the sea, you can go through some of the cave system.
