🗓️September 9: Procession (Libut) featuring St. Nicholas of Tolentino together with the patron saints of various barangays in our town at 6:00 pm.

- 3rd Mass: 8:30 AM

Two years ago, the Church of St. Nicholas of Tolentino was elevated to the status of MINOR BASILICA by a Papal Declaration during the solemn liturgical celebration led by the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, His Excellency, Most Reverend Charles John Brown on February 16, 2022.

The title of Minor Basilica is an honor given by the Vatican for various reasons: a Church's history, its architectural and artistic value and its impact on the faith life of the people.

FROM SUNRISE TO SUNDOWN!!!

1ST day of the New Year, our famous floating cottages at 𝐿𝑢𝑔𝑜 𝐵𝑒𝑎𝑐ℎ, 𝐵𝑟𝑔𝑦. 𝐷𝑎𝑑𝑎𝑙𝑎𝑞𝑢𝑖𝑡𝑒𝑛 𝑁𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑒 was flocked by many local tourists from nearby towns and provinces and even as far as Metro Manila.
Our Barangay Officials, together with the members of the PNP and the Phil Coast Guards secured the safety, orderliness, peacefulness of the place.

Mr. & Mrs. Francisco and Cristina Lacuesta of Barangay Calingayan make it a tradition every Christmas season to patiently cook "𝑡𝑢𝑝𝑖𝑔" or "𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑏𝑜𝑛𝑔" as one of their many of ways of sharing their blessings to others . The preparation for this native delicacy is quite hard and time consuming. But, its worth it when you give as presents to your friends and relatives.
