A. FOOD
Please bring your own food as we don’t have a restaurant yet inside the community. Pwede magluto.

B. WATER:
We have POSO. Magdala po ng tubig inumin lalo kung sensitive po ang ating tummy.

C. SIGNAL/WIFI
There are areas with Signal, but uncertain.
We have a resident with PesoNet.

D. ELECTRICITY: WALA pong kuryente. MERON PONG GENERATOR/Solar lights. 6-8 hour use po at night for Gen.Set. (TO AVOID OVERHEAT)
PWEDE IOPEN SA ARAW KUNG MAG RE-RENT NG VIDEOKE.

E. Dalhin po lahat ng essentials dahil malayo po tayo sa tindahan at mga bilihan. (MAY MALIIT NA STORE NA SA PHASE 1 PERO HINDI PO GUARANTEED NA MERON NG HINAHANAP NIYO)

F. Ang gate po ay laging isasara pagkapasok.

G. Pakidala po ng basura sa labas po ng premises. Wag po mag iiwan sa loob. CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY!

H. WALA PONG LIFEGUARD ANG GUESTHOUSE, please don’t swim in the areas na may current.

I. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS with Jelly fish, may naliligaw pong jellyfish sa ating cove. (SEASONAL)

J. Wag pong lalabas o lalayo sa perimeter ng property.

K. Kung sensitive po ang skin sa Mosquito Bites at NokNok at insect bites, hindi po namin mapipigilan ito. Malapit po sa dagat ang Villa. Magdala LAGI ng repellent. (SEASONAL)

L. Respect po natin ang neighborhood.

M. PARKING: Wag po mag papark sa beach area. Hindi pa po complete ang bridge, sa bandang dulo na lang po ng bridge bago dumating sa Villa mag park.

N. Enjoy with patience and bliss. If things are naturally temporary, atleast let JOY last a bit longer.
