CEB Flexible Options due to extended MECQ in the National Capital Region (NCR)

As of 9:00PM, September 07, 2021

The Philippine government, through the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF), has retained the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) status of the National Capital Region (NCR) until September 15, 2021.

As such, Cebu Pacific will continue to operate flights for essential travel during this time.

However, guests who wish to voluntarily postpone their domestic flights until September 15 may select their preferred option (unlimited rebooking or 2-year Travel Fund) up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure, through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight).

CEB Advisory #2: CEB Flight Cancellations – July 31 to August 20, 2021
As of 9:30PM, July 30, 2021
The Philippine government, through the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 130-A, has placed the NCR Plus Area under a more stringent General Community Quarantine with Heightened Restrictions (GCQ-HR) from July 30 to August 5, 2021, and on a two-week Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) from August 6 until August 20, 2021.
Only essential travel will be allowed beginning today, July 30, until August 20, 2021.
As such, CEB has cancelled some of its domestic flights from July 31 to August 5, 2021.
Affected passengers are being informed via contact details provided in their bookings.

CHANGE IN MANILA TERMINAL ASSIGNMENTS
STARTING 25 JULY

Effective July 25, 2021, PAL international flights from Manila to GUAM, HONOLULU, LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO and NEW YORK will depart from Terminal 2 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

The change in departure terminals is necessary because of rehabilitation work being undertaken at the NAIA Terminal 1. (For flights before July 25, the departure terminal will continue to be NAIA Terminal 1.)

A summary of PAL's terminal assignments at the NAIA:

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT DEPARTURES
For flights until July 24, 2021:
• NAIA Terminal 1 - All PAL international flights
For flights from July 25, 2021 onwards:
• NAIA Terminal 1 - All PAL international departures (except departures for U.S./U.S. territories)
• NAIA Terminal 2 - PAL departures for Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York JFK, Honolulu and Guam

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ARRIVALS:
There is no change in International Flight Arrival Terminals:
• NAIA Terminal 1 - All PAL international arrivals from the Middle East -- Doha, Dubai, Riyadh, Dammam
• NAIA Terminal 2 - All other PAL international arrivals

All DOMESTIC FLIGHT DEPARTURES/ARRIVALS will continue to use NAIA Terminal 2.

Please take note of your departure and arrival terminal for a smooth journey.
