Severe Tropical Storm is getting stronger and is getting closer to the typhoon category, according to 5 a. m tropical cyclone bulletin of DOST-PAGASA this Friday, November 15.

Last seen the typhoon center 795 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.

It has a wind power of up to 110 km/h and a gust of up to 135 km/h.
