Cebu Pacific Advisory #5
Cancelled Flights Due to State of Calamity in NCR
As of July 24, 2024; 11:00PM
Cebu Pacific announces additional cancellations and delays following the declaration of state of calamity in the National Capital Region (NCR) after cyclone Carina (International Name: Gaemi) intensified into a super typhoon.
We are actively managing the situation despite the operational and manpower challenges. The relentless rains have affected many of our employees and airport staff, and measures are being taken to provide necessary aid and assistance to them. The safety of our passengers, crew, and airport staff remains our top priority.
Passengers are advised to monitor the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
To provide extra flexibility to our customers, CEB is offering options --- which include free rebooking and travel fund --- to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Manila and Clark scheduled up to July 26, 2024. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
