A National ID belonging to Laurence Martinez Escobido was found today, January 2, 2025, at around 2:30 PM near the Caraga Regional Hospital (CRH) along Rizal Street, National Highway, Surigao City.

The ID was recovered by Traffic Enforcer Domingo Damgo III and promptly turned over to the Surigao City Traffic Management Office (SCTMO).

Luyo niini padayon pa gihapon ang hugot nga kampanya batok sa mga Colorum nga mga tricycle.

5. Police Clearance - Owner
6. Medical Certification - Owner
7. Driver's License- Owner ( Optional)
8. Insurance Policy- ( Dapat naay Third Party Liability)
9. 4 sides Photo of unit
10. location sketch of garage and picture.
11. 2x2 picture of Owner

Substitution of Un it ( Change Unit) Requirements:
