From Manila, via direct airline flight to Surigao City or Butuan City.

From Davao, Butuan City, or any part of Mindanao, ride a bus/van to Surigao City Bus and Jeepney Terminal.

From Cebu board a ship (Cokaliong/Starlite Ferries) to Surigao City.

In Surigao City, ride a tricycle or multicab to Pantalan II Boulevard where you can ride a Fast Craft to the 7 different Municipalities (San Jose, Basilisa, Dinagat, Libjo, Cagdianao, Tubajon, Loreto) of Dinagat Islands.
