Enjoy the spacious, comfy and stylish getaway with refreshing views of the countryside. You can enjoy breakfast as the sun rises and just chill in a cozy weather. The Unit is Interiored design with Functional Features making it Contemporary Haven. This unit is a perfect vacation spot for small family, friends and couple who wanted to escape from the busy city.

RDC Cozy Suite is Situated at the Heart of Tagaytay and walking distance to Churches, Malls, Restaurants and Hospitals.Great location to spend for long weekends, fun activities and staycation. It is a Fully Furnished One bedroom condo unit with spacious balcony and bathroom.

The Unit is Fully Air- Conditioned Double bed with white bed linen for a good night sleep. Smart Tv is also available so you can enjoy your favorite programs ( Youtube, Netflix).

Towels, Handwash,shampoo, bodywash, soap are provided.

To keep the fresh smell of the Unit we advise to open the bacony door or turn on the hood when cooking.

Our Spacious bathroom also have hot and cold shower and bidet. Complimentary vanity kit for each guest which includes soap, shampoo,body wash, cotton, cotton buds, nail file,toothbrush and tooth paste. we also have hair dryer. Bed linen set is provided for each guest.

Serin East is a newly turned over building. The lobby is already ready and other shared amenities like Gym and Entertainment area available at the moment. the pool is not yet ready at the moment. Our Host is pleased to welcome you at the lobby.

Malls, Restaurant and other popular tourist spots are accesible by foot or few minutes drive. Secured overnigth parking is subject for availability inside the condominium at a Charge. Other option is to park at ayala mall just opposite the building at Php 300 overnight rate.

Safety of our guest and staff is important to us.

We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol.

Our Unit is Located at 9th floor corner beside the large viewing deck but NOT Boast The best view of tagaytay as there is still ongoing construction at the moment. Construction noise is barely heared. The Cool breeze and greenery view gives a refeeshing ambience.

1. A security deposit of PHP 1,000 will be collected upon check -in and will be refunded upon check -out should there are no damages incurred or additional cleaning expenses due to non adherence on the house rules.

2. Undeclred guest /Visitor will be denied entry by the security plus a penalty of PHp 3,000 if the guest is insisted on entering.
3. We are commited to give you an exemptional welcome experience so please advise us 24hrs before check in time so we can prepare on your arrival. Our Conceirge staff is only available until 6 pm.
4. The Pool Amenity area are still under construction.
