Mannah's Place 1 (Tagaytay)
A cosy studio unit tucked in the midst of the lush Pine trees of Tagaytay City, we are Mannah's Place, a fully air-conditioned space ideal for 2-4pax, located at Pine Suites Tagaytay by Crown Asia, Bonifacio Drive, Tagaytay City 4120.

• Towels for 2 pax (extra towel upon request if 3-4 pax)
Pool Amenities:
• Minimal charge for guest's pool access (PhP 150 / pool hour shift / pax / day for adults and free for children 3 y/o & below; registration for pool access & fee to be paid directly at the pool reception / clubhouse)
• 1 Adult pool (4 ft.)
• 1 Kiddie pool
• 3 Wooden pool recliners (first come, first served)
• Pool hours: 8am-10am & 2pm-4pm (Closed on Tuesdays for cleaning. If booked on a Tuesday, pool access is on the next day)
• Proper swimming attire is strictly implemented (Swimsuits, trunks, board shorts, & rash guards only).
Parking Amenities:
• Free parking for the whole duration of your stay, but on a first come, first served basis

• Check-in: 2PM
• Early check-in, subject to availability. Call/text us for rates.

• Late check- out, subject to availability. Call/text us for rates.
• Please prepare 2 valid government or company IDs. One to be surrendered at the entrance / guard house to the Pine Suites Tagaytay Security personnel in exchange for a Guest / Visitor's Pass and another to be surrendered to the unit host in exchange for the unit key.
• Kindly declare the name of the unit owner & number to Pine Suites Tagaytay Security personnel upon arrival. Details will be forwarded a day before your arrival.
• Please inform the unit host of your arrival and proceed to the clubhouse while waiting.
• A mini Honesty Store for selected food supplies is available inside the unit, price list for food supplies is provided.
• Cooking is allowed but please be mindful of meals / dishes cooked with strong odor.
• Minimize noise by 10pm in respect to other tenants of the place.
• No rowdy parties / videoke / loud music or television.
• No smoking inside the unit, the bathroom, or outside the balcony.
• No illegal activities.
• No pets please.
• Conserve water & electricity and clean as you go.
• Secure door locks everytime. Lost valuables shall not be the liability of Kannah's place.
• Damages to the unit shall be assessed and charged accordingly.
• Lost key - PhP 500
• Unit host has the right to eject guest/s whose behavior is not in accordance with Mannah's Place Policies, Pine Suites Tagaytay's House Rules, and the PH Law.

Viewsite Restaurant, Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway corner Bonifacio Drive, Tagaytay City (if coming from Tagaytay Rotunda, turn right at Bonifacio Drive; if coming from Mendez & other towns beyond, turn left at Bonifacio Drive)
• Public Transportation:
o From Lawton (line of buses along Liwasang Bonifacio in front of the Philippine Post Office) – board a bus going to Tagaytay, Mendez, or Alfonso. Drop off at Bonifacio Drive Archway, landmark is Viewsite Restaurant. Fare is PhP 80-120.
o From LRT Buendia, Pasay (DLTB Terminal) – board a bus going to Tagaytay, Mendez, Alfonso, Nasugbu, Lian, or Calatagan. Drop off at Bonifacio Drive Archway, landmark is Viewsite Restaurant. Fare is PhP 80-120.
o From Uniwide Coastal Mall (PITX) – board a bus going to Tagaytay, Mendez, Nasugbu, or Calatagan. Drop off at Bonifacio Drive Archway, landmark is Viewsite Restaurant. Fare is PhP 80-120.
o From Cubao – I haven’t heard of direct trips to Tagaytay from Cubao, however if you are coming from this location, I advise you to make your way to LRT Buendia, Pasay (DLTB Terminal) instead and follow the instructions above.
o If coming from Mendez or other towns beyond, board buses bound for Buendia, Cubao, Lawton, Pasay, or PITX. Drop off at Bonifacio Drive Archway, landmark is Viewsite Restaurant.
o Do not take buses bound for Lemery, this will pass by SLEX and Star Toll, not Tagaytay City.
Other transportation tips:
***If coming from Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, or some parts of Batangas (towns mostly at the eastern side, Santo Tomas, Tanauan, Lipa, etc), and going to Pine Suites Tagaytay, you can first locate Tagaytay Rotunda to be your reference point. Once at Tagaytay Rotunda, drive along the south bound lane of Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road. You can check if you are at the correct lane when you see buses bound for Mendez, Alfonso, Nasugbu, Lian, and Calatagan. Jeepneys also ply by this lane, routes include Sky Ranch, Mahogany Market, NBI, Mendez, etc.
It is a 2-3 minute drive (subject to city traffic) from Tagaytay Rotunda to Viewsite Restaurant, the last landmark going to Pine Suites Tagaytay, an approx. 1.2 km distance.
After Fora Mall in Tagaytay Rotunda, take note of Ayala Malls Serin. Close to Ayala Malls Serin is Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and Padre Pio Parish.
Carmela's Bakeshop shall follow, and Radiant Star Apartelle will come after it. Once you reach these establishments, Viewsite Restaurant is very near.
From Viewsite Restaurant, turn right at the Bonifacio Drive Archway, it is an approx. 1.1 km distance, another 2-3 minute drive going to Pine Suites Tagaytay. If you opt to walk, it is a 15-20 min walk on a hilly path depending on your pace. You may hail motorized / electronic tricycles if there are parked units when you turn right at Bonifacio Drive. Fare for these is for your negotiation with the driver.
***If coming from some parts of Batangas (towns mostly at the western side, Nasugbu, Calaca, Lian, Calatagan, etc), and going to Pine Suites Tagaytay, you can first locate Sky Ranch Tagaytay to be your reference point. Once at Sky Ranch Tagaytay, drive along the north bound lane of Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road. You can check if you are at the correct lane when you see buses bound for PITX, Pasay, Buendia, Lawton, and Cubao, Jeepneys also ply by this lane, routes include Tagaytay Rotunda, Olivarez, etc.
It is a 5 minute drive (subject to city traffic) from Sky Ranch Tagaytay to Viewsite Restaurant, the last landmark going to Pine Suites Tagaytay, an approx. 2.5 km distance.
After Sky Ranch Tagaytay, take note of Robinsons Tagaytay Mall at the left lane. Close to Robinsons Tagaytay Mall is Summit Ridge Tagaytay by Robinsons Land and SMDC Wind Residences.
Petron Gas Station shall follow, and lines of Bulaluhan Restaurants, on both lanes will come after it. The last restaurant you will pass by is Taalena (right lane). Once you reach this, Viewsite Restaurant is very near (left lane).
From Viewsite Restaurant, turn left at the Bonifacio Drive Archway, it is an approx. 1.1 km distance, another 2-3 minute drive going to Pine Suites Tagaytay. If you opt to walk, it is a 15-20 min walk on a hilly path depending on your pace. You may hail motorized / electronic tricycles if there are parked units when you turn right at Bonifacio Drive. Fare for these is for your negotiation with the driver.
• Getting around Tagaytay:
o Jeepneys & Buses (Fare varies depending on the destination. These vehicles do not pass in front of Pine Suites Tagaytay, you may have to walk going to the highway or hire motorized / electronic tricycles going to the highway to ride the jeepney / bus of your choice.)
o Motorized / Electronic Tricycles (You may ask the assistance of Pine Suites Tagaytay Security Personnel to contact one for you. Fare is for your negotiation with the driver. However, there are some routes where these vehicles are not allowed to pass.)
