Features:
🍃 2 bedroom unit with toilet, kitchen, dining, & living area for up to 5 pax
🍃 Individuals, couples, or smaller groups can also enjoy the spacious unit
🍃 Soak in the beautiful sunrise, sunset, & night view of SMDC Wind Residences’ amenities from the unit’s living room & master’s bedroom
🍃 No balcony but with 2 full sliding windows with grills - perfect for groups with small kids
🍃 Hot & Cold shower, toilet with bidet, basic toiletries and drying rack for wet clothes are provided
🍃 Refrigerator, Mini Toaster, Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker, Microwave & Electric Cooker are provided for cooking rice & reheating food
🍃 Serving bowls & spoons, plates, cutleries, glasses & mugs are provided
🍃 Unlimited fiber internet
🍃 Use of smart tv for Netflix/Youtube/etc, Karaoke & board games are available
🍃 2 pillows & 1 blanket will be provided per guest
🍃 Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Baan Khun Thai Massage, BDO, Ace Hardware, Samgyupsalamat & Jiang Nan (coming soon) is located in the ground floor of SMDC Wind Residences towers.
