The airconditioned master’s bedroom has two (2) double-sized bed located at the top floor. It has windows that give you a gentle morning sunshine. Prepare your sumptuous meals in our spacious kitchen. It has the basic cooking essentials like induction cooker, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Rice cooker, electric kettle and a two-door refrigerator are also available to store frozen food and cold food and drinks. DINING
Enjoy good food with good company in our dining area fit for up to 14 person. Basic tableware set like plates, serving dishes, spoon and fork is also provided. BATHROOMS
There are two (2) common bathrooms that has a toilet and bath with shower heater located at the ground and top floors. LIVING AREA
A sofa bed in the living room area can make you feel cozy while just hanging out with your friends and/or family. It also has a 55” Smart TV with Netflix powered by 25mps internet fiber connection and board games for everyone that will keep everyone entertained. ACTIVITY AREA

There are 3 bedrooms provided for our guests. However, bedrooms will be accessible depending on the number guests.

- Guests 18 years old and above should have at least one or complete dose of Covid vaccine. Original copies is required and will be presented to the village guard on duty for verification purposes upon arrival at the village guard house.
- Do not include companions that are showing Covid-19 symptoms, sick, and those with weakened immune system. All guests are required to sign in our logsheet and to undergo a temperature check.
- Please also prepare any ID or document of proof of age or date of birth for guests 15 to 17 years old.
- Due to curent alert level, we can only accomodate max of 8 PAX ONLY. Kids, infants, drivers, helpers or assistant MUST be included in the guest count.
- Fully accomplished Health Declaration Form. Please have it all printed and accomplished it to hand it over to the village guard on duty upon arrival together with temperature check.
- Strictly NO early check in nor late checkout to give ample time for cleaning.
- Strictly NO check in after 8pm in compliance to village admin policy
- Dishwashing liquid and sponge will NOT be provided. Bring your own.
- Towels will NOT be provided. Bring your own.
- While dining and kitchen equipment will be available – we suggest bringing your own disposables.
- While card and board games will be available – we suggest bringing your own.
- NO LOITERING in the village. Guests are allowed to stay inside the house within the gated area. Hanging out or staying outside the house is NOT ALLOWED. Minimize also going out of the house and park your cars on the street road and driveway properly. Village admin/security may ask violators to leave the village.
- We highly suggest that you purchase all items (food and drinking water, ingredients, disposables, toiletries, etc.) you may need during your stay before heading to the place. There are no sari-sari stores inside the village. Convenience and/or small stores may take 5-minute drive outside the village along Magallanes Drive.
- Remember the basics: Bring and wear your own masks and face shields, wash your hands frequently, bring and use your own alcohol, bring and use your own disinfectant wipes. Footwear should not be worn inside the house for hygienic and health safety purposes. Kindly bring your own indoor footwear.
- Strictly follow curfew hours of 9PM. No loud parties, music, shouting and rowdy behavior. We will also need the group representative to sign the Agreement Form to enforce strict compliance of everyone/the guests.
*Indicate accurate guest count for accurate pricing. Base rate is for 6 guests and will increase by P500/additional guest.
*Additional P2500 for wedding preparation - includes 5 non-staying guests (hmua, videographer, photographer, visitors). They may stay on the preparation day for 3 hours only.
*Surprise set up for all occassions may be arranged by our staff with an additional fee. Note that prices may vary and change.
*Fresh linen and toilet tissue will be provided. Towels and toiletries are not.
*Blankets will be provided. These may be thin and small. I suggest you bring your own.
*Lost keys will be charged P2000.
*Catching up and drinking with family and friends is perfect in Tagaytay but minimize noise and quiet time is 9PM.
*STRICTLY NO SMOKING within the property. This is a child friendly place, we will appreciate it if you will keep it that way.
*Small pets are allowed as long as potty-trained or with diaper, with a leash or inside a cage. Beds and sofa beds are off limits to the pets. Penalties may apply for non-compliance.
*NO UNREGISTERED VISITORS please.
*My staffs are there to assist you during your stay but they are not your personal butler or servant. They will also give you the privacy you needed. Please treat them with respect.
*My staff will inspect the house for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed. You may also let me know earlier on.
*Village guards roam around to maintain peace and order. Please treat them with respect.
*Parking spaces are available for 2 vehicles on the street in front of the house. Additional parking spaces are subject to availability, kindly ask my staff for details.
*NETFLIX is automatically available when you turn on the TV. Please do not Sign Out as we will not provide you the Password for logging in again.
*Please return the card and board games in their proper boxes after use.
*Garbage bins with garbage plastic bag are already provided. Please tie it properly and DO NOT leave it outside the gate or anywhere in village.
*Secure your valuables and cars at all times. Keep doors and cars locked. Safety and security are everyone's responsibility. BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
***Vaccination cards (complete dose) are required for all adults guests per village admin policy. Minors (below 18 yo) must have any documents or ID as proof of their age. Kids and infants will be counted and included to the guest count.. Village guard will verify all of these upon arrival at the village gate.***
1. Base price is good for 6 pax. Extra fee of 400 per additional guests. Maximum of 8 pax for now.
2. 50% non-refundable down payment is required for all bookings while the remaining 50% should be made not later than 7 days prior to arrival.
3. 100% or full payment is required if preferred date is at least a week or 7 days prior to arrival date.
4. Proof of payment, photo of valid IDs of two (2) declared guests are required (booking outside Airbnb) along with 2 contact numbers.
5. Request for rebooking/cancellation may be made stricly 10 days prior to check in, no on the day itself. Please note that the request is still subject for approval and availability provided with supporting documents. The host will determine if it is valid or not upon review and only 1 rebooking is allowed.
6. Undeclared guest/s who were not counted during the initial booking should be paid upon check in. Only infants ages 0 to 2 years old are NOT counted on the total no. of guests.
7. Security deposit of Php2,000 is required upon check in. The said amount will be returned once cleared by our staff for check out. (if booking done outside Airbnb).
8. We reserve the right to decline or refuse booking request if deemed appropriate such as unable to verify identity of the guest etc.
9. Covid 19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions and cancellations, travel advisorues and restriction, health advisories and quarantine, changes to applicable laws; and other goverment mandates like evacuation orders, border closure, prohibition on short term rentals and shelter-in-place requirements. The host cancellation policy will apply as usual. This policy is intented to protect guest and host from unforseen circumstances that arise after the booking. After the declaration of Covid 19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the reason related to Covid 19 and its consequences are no longer.unforseen and unexpected. The host reserved the right to approve or decline any rebooking/cancellation request after review and presentation of valid documents presented by the guest.
10. Please allow aleast 15 mins for our staff to check the house upon check-out before you leave and hand over the keys.
