The kitchenette is equipped with basic plates and cutleries, glasses and coffee cups, electric water heater, microwave and minibar. We do not allow cooking in the unit.
Brand new air conditioning system (split type unit) and a Panasonic inverter electric fan if you prefer only fan since Tagaytay gets cold especially in the night.
We follow strict cleaning protocols.
All guests must register in the reception before check-in. Our caretaker will be meeting you at the reception to assist you on accessing the unit.
Please respect rules and regulations mandated by the management of the building, a copy of do’s and don’ts will be provided for your information.
We expect our guests to use our unit with utmost care, please treat it as your home. Damages on furniture and fixtures are subject to damage fees. Damages, stains and lost items or lost keys will be charged. Lost keys are charged at Php1000.
Please conserve water and electricity during your stay, misused and negligence will be subject to additional charges.
