Our space has a HOMEY ambiance enhanced and highlighted by the amazing TAAL view that induce a relaxing mood. It is a large studio unit converted into a ONE-BEDROOM suite that is fully furnished. The room offers MORE SPACE and MOBILITY and can accommodate up to four (4) guests. Access and use of clubhouse facilities and amenities with corresponding guest fees at minimal rates. It has an indoor and
outdoor swimming pool, indoor badminton court, billiard room, outdoor basketball court and tennis court. Big function rooms are also available for family occasions and corporate activities. The Property Management Office can handle inquiries on matters in the use of the function rooms. Swimming Pool Fees: (Payable directly to the Property Management Office) 150 Pesos / Head on ordinary days 300 Pesos/Head during declared Holidays A portion of The Sky Lounge Viewing Area at Tower 3 is now open for FREE viewing of the scenic Taal Lake and Volcano. All users are required to register with the assigned Receptionist and/or Security Guard at the Tower 3 on a first come, first served basis. There are only 32 seats dedicated to this area and 2 hours limit of use for each guest is allotted to give way to the next user. Guests can have access with an authorization from the Unit Owners and are limited to 4 guests for each unit. Resident and guest must agree to abide by and be subject to all the Sky Lounge house rules.
