Due to its modern space-saving furniture, our place can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests but due to Property Admin's policy, we are limited to 4 guests only. Our beds consist of a real queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress, a leatherette sofa bed, and wide tuckaway beds. Fully furnished with dining table & chairs for 4, wardrobes, large 50" TV, Ref, Microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery,

water heater, washing machine (for weekly/monthly guest only), quiet split aircon, and more. Fast internet Wifi at 20mbps is available. It is more than enough for normal web browsing, youtube viewing, emails, social media, video calls, and others. However, performance is not guaranteed and it is not within our control. Moderate use is highly appreciated due to data limitations. ABS-CBN TV Plus and NetFlix are available. Light/small meal cooking is allowed. Kitchen utensils, cookware, and basic condiments are available for your use. However, avoid cooking smelly food in consideration of your neighbors who may complain to security. Blankets, towels, and toiletries are provided free for the first 2 guests and to all paying guests after 2 else Php100 charge for each extra blanket or towel. We are flexible on the check-in/out time, please advise us if you have a different one.
