III. ACCOMMODATION (CITYLAND TAGAYTAY POLICY) Maximum of 4 guests (Adult/Child) in a 25 sqm unit. Only (1) Infant 2YRS and below who will share the main queen bed with parents is not counted in the 4 guests. IV. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT • 60" x 75" Queen Bed for 2 guests • 30" x 75" Sofa Bed with 30" x 73" Trundle/Pull-out Bed good for 2 guests (1 guest each bed) ***NOTE: We don’t provide extra mattress due to limited unit capacity. • Kitchenware for light cooking (mini refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven, induction cooker, range hood, pot & pan, electric kettle, dining and cooking utensils, cutleries, mugs, pitcher, dishwashing cleanser, and new sponge)

• Fresh Bedding & Some Essentials * Quality Duvet Cover good as blanket and a bed sheet on the main queen bed for 2 guests * 4 Fiber Soft Queen-size pillows * Extra (1) blanket if 3 guests and extra (2) blankets if 4 guests * Bath Towels for 2 guests only and Tissue Roll

***NOTE • Bring your own toiletries and if you will cook, bring own cooking oil and condiments. • No room service and no luggage dropoff like hotels.

VII.GUEST ACCESS 1. PAY PARKING ENTRANCE • P50 for an entire day for 24 hours (Mon-Thurs) • P50 PER / single entry (Fri-Sun,HOLIDAYS) • First come first serve and payable to the guard on duty at the G/F or 3/F parking. *** G/F parking (covered and open) is facing Olivarez College & Tagaytay Exec. Village. 3/F parking (covered and open) starts at the commercial area facing Mc Donald’s at Tagaytay-Calamba Road. 2. FREE POOL ACCESS at 3RD LEVEL • Open: 6am - 10pm • Closed: Mon & Thurs for cleaning or anytime as needed for emergency cleaning or water replacement. • Strictly 4 guests per unit are allowed to use the pool. 3. FREE ROOFTOP DECK at 23RD LEVEL For a 360-degree view of Taal Lake & Tagaytay. Open from 6am to 10pm. There are limited benches, can be a jogging path, and there’s a specific designated smoking area (please ask will send the photo)

VIII. STANDARD PROCESS OF CHECK-IN/OUT ***All DECLARED GUESTS shall present a VALID PHOTO ID during registration at the security lobby for name verification. Only registered guests can access the unit and building amenities. Undeclared guests cannot access the unit. Please respect that.

STANDARD CHECK-IN: 2PM to 6PM My Staff (Caretaker) will meet you at your nearest entrance lobby. (G/F Main Lobby or 3/F pool lobby) to have your names registered. Staff will assist you to the unit, orient, & hand the keys before leaving.

SELF/ LATE CHECK-IN IF PAST 6PM ARRIVAL Self-register either lobby and Self Check-in inside the unit. Padlock code will be given OTD at 2pm. Unit keys will be available once inside the unit.

STANDARD CHECK-OUT: Strictly 12NOON My Staff (Caretaker) will personally collect the keys and inspect the unit at exactly 12 noon. We need the next 2 HOURS to prepare & clean the entire unit as courtesy to the next guests. Please respect that. If you intend to check-out earlier than 12 noon, advise at least 3 hours ahead of time before leaving for a proper turnover of unit and keys to my Staff. Security Guards are not allowed to safekeep the keys. For check-out as early as 5-7am, please message us first. Note: • Early Check-in is possible if there are NO PREVIOUS GUESTS who will check out at 12NN. Earliest check-in without charge is 1 pm. Earlier than that, we charge 100/hour for water and electrical consumption. • Regardless if you check-in late or check-out early, rates are fixed. • Please coordinate in advance your estimated arrival and departure time to avoid any delays in check-in and check-out. IX. STANDARD HOUSE RULES

X. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Child-friendly Unit at 5th level without Taal View. However, you can access the Rooftop View Deck at the 23rd level to enjoy a 360-degree view of Tagaytay and Taal Lake.

- CHANGE OF DATE: Strictly 28 days before check-in date only.

- (1) Free Cleaning and Bedding Change on the 4th day if at least 7 nights stay. Optional: If less than 7 nights stay, with extra fee of P550 for labor and laundry expenses.

-OPTIONAL: Extra bath towel is 30. Extra blanket is 50.
