Origin: This page was about Hidden Hills (our dream vacation/retirement home) managed by The Holiday Shop ~ Vacation Homes (our company), the property that we converted into an exclusive vacation rental (STR) in Luzviminda, Puerto Princesa Palawan. As an OFW for over 20 years, it is inevitable that one day we return home and settle down for retir

With its proven success... we then ventured into more select properties in Palawan & Tagaytay. The property selection were truly successful as we managed to prove again the quality/saleability of our choices. Now on a greater scale, we rebrand as HOMEOWNERS HUB and continue to feature select homes, not only ours but will cover select amazing homes around the Philippines ... and perhaps around the globe! Hidden Hills ~ A lovely vacation home owned by (Stratos & Nelli) a Greek-Filipino couple that has put the simple farming & fishing village of LUZVIMINDA, PUERTO PRINCESA, PALAWAN in the world map by hosting guests that came from all over the world. Just like the owners, guests have actually been so inspired that some have also acquired properties in the area; some settled in and some can't wait for their next vacation or retirement. The luckiest so far among our guests who fell in love with this property, is a British-Filipino couple to whom we awarded new ownership. Just like us, they fell in love with this very special place and converted it into their retirement home & a small resort in one. New amenities have since been added like a swimming pool plus activities for a fee & more simple accommodations. ORIGIN: Hidden Hills : Puerto Princesa - PALAWAN, Philippines A Dream VACATION HOME RENTAL owned & managed by The Holiday Shop. Hidden Hills was the first of its kind in Puerto Princesa, a tourism-registered and recommended self-catering exclusive “vacation home”.
