Below are the TYPES OF PASSENGERS aged 21 to 59 YEARS OLD ( with exception to adult with minor or infant companion )who can be accommodated for travel:

A.) LSI – Locally Stranded Individuals (Temporarily not allowed to travel as imposed by DILG)
B.) APOR – ( Authorized Persons Outside Residence ) to include government officials, frontliners, uniformed personnel, technicians employees returning to work
C.) OFW – Repatriated Overseas Filipino Workers

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
From Cebu to Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Ozamiz, Iligan:
A.) LSI (Temporarily not allowed to travel as imposed by DILG)
-Medical Certificate issued by Municipal or City Health
-Travel Authority issued by Joint Task Force COVID Shield Unit/PNP

B.) APOR
-Medical Certificate issued by Municipal or City Health
-Travel Authority issued by Joint Task Force COVID Shield Unit/PNP
-Mission order or Certificate of Employment and Company ID

C.) OFW
-Bureau of Quarantine Certificate

From CDO to Tagbilaran
LSI passenger is allowed, however, the said type of passenger must secure an acceptance letter from the LGU of his destination so that the officials can determine if their quarantine facility can still accommodate any LSI passenger.

Moreover, all required travel requirements including the acceptance letter must be approved first by the Philippine Coast Guard before ticket issuance.

NOTE:

1.All original copies of the requirements should be stamped and signed by the Philippine Coast Guard Pier 3.

2. After signed by PCG, passengers should have three (3) photocopies of each document to be submitted during check-in at Pier 3 Terminal c/o Hotel Officer or Hotel Manager.

3. Passengers aged below 21 and above 59 years old are eligible for ticket issuance if approved by Philippine Coast Guard Pier 3. (Requirements should be complete, signed and stamped by PCG)

Cebu Pacific Advisory
Flights to/from mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong
February 1, 2020

In light of developments related to the Wuhan Coronavirus, Cebu Pacific will be cancelling all flights between the Philippines and mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzen) from February 2 to March 29, 2020.

Flights between the Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau, on the other hand, have been reduced.

Passengers affected by flight cancellations have been notified through the contact details provided upon booking. They may also check the status of their flights through the Manage Booking portal in the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve/.

The following options are made available for passengers on cancelled flights:

• Rebook the flight (new flight date within 30 days of original travel date)
• Refund the tickets in full
• Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use

We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank our passengers for their understanding.
