On Jan 15, we start implementing a new check-in baggage policy! This is to further streamline our operations and provide guests a more efficient check-in and bag drop experience at the airport.

If you pre-purchased 20 kilos bag allowance, you can check in up to 2 pieces of bags only.
Should you have a 3rd bag, you’ll need to purchase another piece/bag allowance up to 4 hours before the flight. Otherwise, excess bag fees will apply at the airport.

TIP: Pack souvenirs into a bigger bag so you don’t go over!

AirAsia is moving its operations in Tagbilaran City, Bohol province from Tagbilaran Airport to the new Panglao International Airport effective 28 November 2018.

AirAsia flight schedule remains unchanged. However, for convenience, guests departing from and to Tagbilaran are advised to check-in via www.airasia.com or AirAsia Mobile App, print their boarding passes before leaving to the airport, and also arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their flights.
