Slingshot Philippines (SlingshotPH) is a DTI-initiated platform aimed at spurring economic growth by giving innovators, startups and entrepreneurs opportunities to learn and exchange ideas, be up-to-date with the recent technological changes that affect the business environment, determine policy and seek funding support from investors who are ready to embrace innovative ideas.

This year, Slingshot PH intends to improve the capacity of startups and MSMEs, in line with the ASEAN Strategic Action Plan, through: 1) keeping up with the current trends in the tech industry, 2) preparing brick and mortarenterprises for transformation into the digital era, and 3) linking enterprises with potentially groundbreaking ideas to investors.
