• Arriving passengers: Not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours from the scheduled time of arrival up to actual arrival into the country; and
• Departing passengers: Not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours up to not later than three (3) hours from the scheduled time of departure from the country.
BI shall discontinue requiring paper-based arrival/departure cards starting 01
