Unit located at a high-end community at McKinley Hill. Our unit is just a walking distance to the Grand Canal Venice Mall, restaurants and shopping centers in BGC. Has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, the living room has a 65-inch OLEDTV, custom daybed with a pull out which can be converted into a bed. Enjoy cooking your meal in a highly upgraded kitchen. The unit also includes a washer, refrig

erator, custom dining set and water heater for shower. The unit interior was professionally designed with a lot of cabinets/closets. Has a high-speed WIFI and NETFLIX account access. The unit comes with a veranda/balcony. Both living area and bedroom has its separate AC (split-type) and stand fans. We are using a high-quality memory foam for our custom-made daybed and queen-sized bed. We have access to the swimming pool (has pool maintenance during Mondays) and the gym (from 6am-10pm everyday). We also have a parking space for your cars for an additional fee. No pets allowed. Check In is at 2pm. Check Out is at 12nn.
