Join Urbia Homes, a thriving short-term rental management company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in Metro Manila. We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our guests.

📍 Location: Sorrento Oasis, Rosario, Pasig
⏰ Schedule:

* Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
* Part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage guest communications, including inquiries, bookings, and reviews
* Ensure seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest stays by providing all necessary details in advance
* Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
* Collaborate with operations teams to maintain high service standards
* Monitor and respond to reviews on Airbnb and other platforms
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
