As you may be aware that the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai has recently issued a Resolution No (2) of 2014, regarding the introduction of "Tourism Dirham" compulsory on all booked hotel accommodation in Dubai. The Tourism Dirham implementation date will be effective 31st March, 2014 for all the exiting confirmed and future bookings. All costing should include this tax and it is to be paid by the guest directly at the hotel at the time of Checkout. Dubai Tourist E-Visa Requirements & Reminder:
a. A clear and colored scanned copy showing the following: Last Name, First Name,Passport's date & place of issuance and Passport's date of expiry
b. A recent passport sized photo
c. An applicant should hold a valid passport for at least 6 months upon visa's application.
d. Processing of electronic visa (E-VISA) is 2-4 dubai working days (excluding weekends & holidays in Dubai)
e. Courier/shipment of the original visa is maximum of 5 dubai working days (excluding weekends & holidays)
f. Standard visa procedure is maximum 15-20 days prior the travel date of the guest
Visa Terms & Conditions:
*Dubai VISA fee is non-refundable once applied.
*Dubai VISA approval is always at the discretion of the Dubai Immigration and Naturalization Residency Department. VIA PH & its operator is not held liable for any VISA rejections and Non-refundable.
*VIA PH & its operator is not held liable for any offloading and rejection incidents at any Immigration airports.
*Any fines/charges from Dubai Immigration incur while staying inside UAE will be held responsible by the applicant such as overstay fees and others.
*As per company policy, VISA applications must be scheduled 3 weeks prior to the travel date of the passenger/s in UAE. This is to have enough time for the Visa processing & shipment of the original copies of Visa.
*All rates are excluding 5% VAT that will be charged on the total invoice as per UAE law.
