AUSTRALIA TO ALLOW TRAVEL FOR FULLY-VACCINATED AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS & PERMANENT RESIDENTS

To our valued passengers:

Effective November 1, 2021, Australian citizens, permanent residents and their immediate families will be able to travel outside Australia without a travel exemption, on the condition that they are fully-vaccinated --https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/travel-vaccinated-australians-and-permanent-residents.

Travel will also be allowed for Australian citizens and permanent residents who:
- are under the age of 12 at the time of departure (vaccinated or not); or
- cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons (with approved evidence).

An individual is considered ‘fully-vaccinated’ if he or she has completed a course of a vaccine that is approved or recognized by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA):
- two doses at least 14 days apart of: AstraZeneca Vaxzevria, AstraZeneca Covishield, Pfizer/Biontech Comirnaty, Moderna Spikevax, Sinovac Coronavac
- or one dose of: Janssen-Cilag COVID Vaccine.
Note: Seven days must have passed since the final dose of vaccine.

Passengers vaccinated in Australia must present an Australian Government-issued international COVID-19 Certificate (ICVC) upon check-in. Those who have medical contraindications reported for COVID-19 vaccines may use their Immunization History Statement as evidence. Bacolod, Butuan, Iloilo, Maguindanao Province and Tacloban now accept vaccination cards in lieu of negative test results; while Cagayan de Oro, Cebu Province, and Pagadian City require other documents such as SPass, medical certificate, or valid government ID, among others.

Travelers are strongly urged to always check with the LGU of their destination for the latest updates.

EO 37 series of 2021: Suspending Air and Sea Travel of Passengers Bound for Bohol from August 6-20, 2021:
-Two weeks suspension of air and sea travel EXCEPT domestic and sea travel of cargoes and APORS:
a) Health workers on official business;
b) Authorized government officials;
c) Those traveling for medical or humanitarian reasons;
d) Returning Overseas Filipino Workers;
e) Persons providing basic services and public utilities; and
f) Bank personnel and other bank employees who shall come to the province with the purpose of replenishing the cash funds and other supplies which are necessary for the continuous service of the different banks.
-Outbound travel from Bohol shall continue subject to quarantine protocols of destination LGU
Requirements to Enter Bohol for APORs:
1. Negative 72 hours RT-PCR test result
2. S-pass Travel Coordination Permit
Protocols for APORs Staying for less than 5 days:
- Movement is limited to what is stated in the approved itinerary
- Interaction is limited
- Can only stay in either designated quarantine hotel or LGU TTMF
Protocols for APORs Staying for more than 5 days:
- Movement is limited to what is stated in the approved itinerary
- Interaction is limited
- Can only stay in either designated quarantine hotel or LGU TTMF
- Undergo repeat RT-PCR testing on the 5th day of stay and stay in quarantine while the result is not yet released.
- When result is negative, can already go outside the APOR bubble or in the case of OFWs, can already go home.
