- reservation fee: 2,000 (non-refundable)

HOUSE RULES:
1. The place is for exclusive use.
2. No lifeguards available.Guests are required to accompany their children at the pool area.The management is not liable to any untoward incidents.
3. Use of Videoke: volume should be toned down at 10 pm onwards following the brgy.ordinance.
4. Any damage to property has corresponding charges.(like furniture,appliances, Videoke and others)
5.Utility workers are available for your needs.
