Gerona, Tarlac's pride Mattiece Cortez, member of the Philippines Men's National Floorball Team pays a courtesy call at the Provincial Government of Tarlac.
Focal Person for Tourism Mr. B. Lugay II welcomed the half Finnish half Filipino and congratulated Cortez and the Philippine Team at the 2024 World Floorball Championship after finishing as finalists in the Asia Oceania qualifiers in Pasig.
Floorball is a type of floor hockey with five players and a goalkeeper in each team. It is played indoors with 96–115.5 cm-long (37.8–45.5 in) sticks and a 70–72 mm-diameter (2.76–2.83 in) plastic ball with holes. Matches are played in three twenty-minute periods.
Congratulations to the talented student dancers from Tarlac Montessori School, College of the Holy Spirit Tarlac, Bayanihan Institute and Academia De Santiago under the tutelage of Little Steps Ballet School. 🏆🩰✨
The ballerinas triumphed in the Classical Ballet & Contemporary Division at the International Ballet Competition in Genting Highland, Malaysia, held on May 28, 2024. With 326 entries from over 20 countries, their outstanding performances and dedication shone brightly.

One hundred fifty-one years ago, the remarkable journey of Tarlac Province began.
Today marks a legacy of progress and a commitment to a prosperous future, 151 years of heritage, progress, and unity.
The celebration officially kicked off with the planting of 151 native trees followed by the flag-raising ceremony, Holy Mass, Press conference, awarding of centenarians, distribution of Patient Transport Vehicles, distribution of farm implements machinery and assistance, and distribution of 151 land titles. Other activities include a caravan of government services.
As we commemorate this day, let us all together enjoy the vibrant spirit of Tarlac Province!

Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) has announced its annual award recipients for the 2023 season, wherein Tarlaqueño Pride, Maria Luisa Bartolome, was recognized as the 2023 Volunteer of the Year.

The opening of Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA) 2024 marked the commencement of the highly anticipated sporting event held at the Jose V. Yap Sports & Recreational Complex in San Jose.
Governor Susan Yap together with Senator Imee R. Marcos, Senator B**g Go, Ang Supremo Senador Lito Lapid, Tarlac 2nd District Representative Christian Yap, Bataan Governor Joet Garcia, Bataan Congresswoman Gila Garcia, Aurora Governor Acting Governor Reynante Amansec Tolentino, Philippine Sports Commission Commissioner Olivia "B**g" Coo, DepEd Tayo - Tarlac Province, Actor Philip Salvador who represented Vice President and Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Sara Duterte, and unkabogable star Vice Ganda, officially welcomed the 10,818 CLRAA delegates together with their coaches, trainers, and parents from 21 school division offices of public and private schools across seven provinces of Region 3.
Despite the hot weather, participants fared in the traditional parade with their entry of colors, symbolizing their official participation in CLRAA 2024.

Girl Power! 🥳👸🙌💪 As we celebrate Women's Month, the Provincial Government of Tarlac, headed by Gov. Susan Yap through the Tarlac Provincial Tourism Office led by Mr. Arsenio Lugay II, and the Municipality of San Clemente through the leadership of Mayor Elma Laranang Macadamia and the Gender and Development Office, an All-Women's Climb was organized at the stunning Timangguyob Falls located in San Clemente. The hike aims to honor the indomitable spirit of women around the world who defy stereotypes, break barriers, and shape history with their courage and determination. The organizes would also like to thank: San Clemente PNP headed by PMajor Arnel Cera, Tarlac Mountaineering Club and their SAR team, San Clemente MSWD, San Clemente MDRRMO, San Clemente Tourism Office headed by Mr. JM Modomo, Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of San Clemente, Dueg Upland Farmers Association and the management, PDRRMO - Tarlac and staff of the Canding EcoTourism Park. 🏃♀️🥾🦸♀️⛰🎉
Tambay Serye: Summertime Saga, where speed meets adrenaline. In case you missed it, here’s a glimpse of what happened on the race track last March 24 held at Tarlac Circuit Hill in @Jose V. Yap Sports and Recreational Complex. Tambay Serye 2024 is part of the 8th Kanlahi Festival, which is presented by the Provincial Government of Tarlac headed by Gov. Susan Yap through the Tarlac Provincial Tourism Office led by Mr. @Arsenio “Baby” Lugay II, also with Cong. @Christian Yap, and with the support of team from @Nolnvite. Revving up the car show vibe with our special guests, who all joined the thrill ride, @Esc, @Nrthside, @2Sog and tambays, @Franklin Lu, @Friday Club, and @Elevate. And that’s a wrap! 🏎️🔥
Game on! 🌿🎯🏹 Indigenous People from all over the Province of Tarlac recently showcased their games, heritage and culture at the 8th Kanlahi Festival Tribal Games held at the Jose V. Yap Sports & Recreational Complex. Promoting diversity in the celebration of the Kanlungan ng Lahi Festival, the Tarlac Provincial Government through the leadership of Gov. Susan Yap through the Tarlac Provincial Tourism Office led by Mr. Arsenio B. Lugay II and with the support of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples - @NCIP Tarlac led by Engr. Michael Baldonado organized the games as a way to continue the traditional games and culture of the Aeta people in the province. Among the games played by the Indigenous people were spear throw, bow and arrow contest, fire starting competition, Kadang-kadang, cooking contest, tug of war, traditional dance and most authentic tribal attire. Also present to witness the momentous event were, Mr. Rodel Valdez - Abelling Culture Bearer and NCIP Youth Researcher, Ms. Liezl Sanchez - Training Facilitator and Resource Person of DepEd Region III for the Indigenous Peoples Education Program and Chairperson of Capas Municipal Historical, Arts, Culture and Tourism Council, Ms. Marisa Abagat - Marketing Manager of Tarlac Forum, Mr. Regin Paulo B.
