π Negros Occidental = SPASS, StaySafe and Negative RT-PCR swab, valid for 72hrs from the date of the test
π Bacolod City = SPASS, BacTrac Reg, Health Declaration Form, Negative RT-PCR swab or Saliva test (Redcross), 72hrs taken before arrival in Bacolod City
π Cebu = Valid id only
π Cotabato City = Certificate of Acceptance, Negative RT-PCR swab/saliva (Redcross), valid for 72hrs from the date of the test
πMaguindanao Province = Negative Antigen only
π Davao = Negative RT-PCR swab or saliva test (Redcross) and Safe Davao Qr code
π Dipolog = Letter of Acceptance and Negative RT-PCR swab, dated at most 5 days before departure
πGenSan = Negative RT-PCR swab or saliva test (Redcross) only
πDumaguete = Negative RT-PCR swab and Approved SPASS
π Iloilo = Approved SPASS and Negative RT-PCR swab, conducted 3days before the date of travel.
π Kalibo = Negative RT-PCR swab or saliva (Redcross), test result taken within 72hrs prior to entry into the province, Online Health declaration, Approved SPASS
πLegazpi = Negative Antigen, valid up to 3days from the date of test/collection, Albay Get Pass QR (Available on Google Play and Play store)
πOzamiz = Negative RT-PCR swab or Saliva (Redcross) conducted within 72hrs before boarding.
π Pagadian = Approved SPASS, negative RT-PCR swab, valid for 5days.
πRoxas = Approved SPASS, STAYSAFE and Negative RT-PCR swab conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before the time of travel
πOutside Tacloban = Certificate of acceptance
πZamboanga = Negative RT-PCR swab or saliva test (Redcross) valid within 5days from the collection and Approved SPASS
