Access to the second story home is via an exterior stairway. This new home was completed in July 2019. It is a second story home with two air conditioned bedrooms, (one with a Queen size Bed, one with two single beds or can be converted to a king bed and a full set of linens), a full bath complete with soap, shampoo and towels, It also features fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave oven, a two burner induction cook top, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and a refrigerator. For dining, it features a breakfast bar and a dining area for four persons. The Entertainment area features spacious living room complete with cable TV service and Wi-Fi internet access. The exterior features, a balcony, and a wonderful rooftop patio that affords a view of the ocean, Samar Island, and the surrounding area. for occupants enjoyment.
