Wake up in this peaceful and relaxing place with an amazing view of the pine trees covered by the true “Baguio feels”. A perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring the city. Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Your Baguio getaway from the hustle & bustle of city life. You can work from home while enjoying the good, cold weather in the city of Pines.

Our humble abode is a two-bedroom Condo apartment that is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Green Valley Subdivision, a short drive to the city proper and main attractions/tourist spots in Baguio. The Condo apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six (6) persons. The master bedroom is the biggest space in the apartment and has a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a wide closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a bunk bed and a solo sofa bed.

Working from home is made easy with our reliable internet speed of up to 100 Mbps. You can even work from the balcony to appreciate the cold, cold Baguio weather. We have a central water heating system that can balance that cold weather, no frozen fingers here!

This is a No smoking and pets are not allowed in the condo unit. By sharing our vacation home with you, kindly respect our House rules.

Lastly, this space has given us a lot of happy, sentimental memories and we hope you will have the same. We would greatly appreciate it if you can take the time and share a review.

Guest access
You may utilize most of the space in our unit. However, there are some cupboards and cabinets that are intentionally locked where some of our personal belongings are kept.

Other things to note
- Can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. Additional P500/adult/night. Max of 6 adults only.
- There is CCTV outside the main door for security purposes. Please do not turn off or remove the switch and plug.
- We have assigned a dedicated caretaker to our unit that can assist our guests upon check-in and check-out.
- There will be a security deposit of P1,000.00 which will be returned upon checkout once we have confirmed that there are no damages in any of the furniture and fixtures.

- 1 Car park garage in front of the unit. Other parking spaces are available within Phase 1 only. Just ask for available slots from the Phase 1 office which is located beneath the condo unit.

Early check-in can be arranged if there is no guest the day before.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the downpayment of 50% will be forfeited.
If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, the downpayment of 50% will be forfeited.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
