Our Story: ROY’s Bistro

ROY’s Bistro started with a re-conceptualization of ROY Plaza Fast-food -- a “turo-turo” diner into a fast- casual restaurant named “ROY’s Bistro”. Its ambiance became more glamorous, the choice of food were improved, and the interior designs are modified. Kitchen equipment was modernized to jive with other top-notch restaurants, and a replicable POS system was also applied.

ROY’s Bistro exists to provide a comfortable experience to individuals who seek delicious, high quality yet affordable food. It seeks to provide a unique dining experience to its diners from different walks of life from students to senior citizens, professionals to business owners, and friends to families who want to celebrate life over really good food.

The restaurant’s flagship product, “ROY’s Chicken was birthed, and became the benchmark of the restaurant. Moreover, they also re-conceptualized all-time Filipino dishes by turning it to globally competitive products, in which the people of Bukidnon from family, executives, students, fix earners and some foreigners enjoyed the remarkable dining experience of ROY’s Bistro, leading to the early expansion of the said restaurant in Mindanao.
